To take our journey to the next level, we are now looking for a passionate and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join us in Stockholm.

As a strategically oriented Enterprise Sales Manager at Gordon you will be focusing on long-term growth and development of Gordon's full-service offering. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and driving business strategies within the Strategic Enterprise customer segment. You will play a key role in developing both new and existing business segments as part of achieving Gordon's ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities and objectives

  • Design and implement business strategies in new and strategically important focus segments.
  • Grow the business in the strategic focus segments by developing new business offerings, co-operation models and processes.
  • Create and manage strong customer relationships with a focus on long-term cooperation potential and profitability.
  • Ensure understanding of customer needs and business objectives in sales, sustainability and compliance.
  • Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of new offerings and solutions.
  • Analysing market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.

We are looking for someone who has

  • Strong understanding of business principles and ability to translate customer needs into business opportunities.
  • Proven success in creating and developing business propositions, long-term customer relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of relevant work experience; for example in B2B sales or as a management consultant.
  • Academic degree in business or equivalent.

To succeed in the role, we believe it is meritorious that you have

  • Experience in value-based sales, commercial business development and development of strategic partnerships in the Enterprise segment.
  • Good knowledge in e-commerce and digital business models.
  • Commercial experience from start-up or scale-up companies.
