Som Sales Manager förMeetings and Eventsplanerar, organiserar och prioriterar du aktiviteter på ett effektivt sätt, sätter upp och håller tids- och budgetramar samt äger kundrelationen genom hela kundresan (med stöd av övriga team inom Fotografiskas organisation).

Du ansvarar för att nå uppsatta intäktsmål för affärsenheten Meetings and Events samt på ett positivt sätt sprida varumärket Fotografiska på marknaden, och driva försäljning kopplat till detta arbete.I rollen tillkommer viss administration kopplat till insålda event och bokning samt övrig, för tjänsten relevant, administration. Fokus är på intäktsdrivande försäljning och prestation mäts på såväl team- som individnivå.

Rollen består av såväl nykundsbearbetning som utvecklande av relationer med Fotografiskas befintliga mötes- och eventkunder och du letar hela tiden nya möjligheter till ökad försäljning. Inkommande förfrågningar hanteras och distribueras utifrån överenskommet ansvarsområde.

I rollen ingår du i ett säljteam ochrapporterar till Director of Meetings &Private Events.Visst resande inom Sverige eller utomlands kan förekomma vid behov.Rollen är en tillsvidareanställning om 100% och vi tillämpar 6 månaders provanställning.

Vem vi söker
Som Sales Manager på Fotografiskaär dusjälvgående med ett självledarskap där du har ettstort resultatansvar och avslutskapacitet. Du har en god förmåga att strukturera ditt arbete och din kundportfölj, samt driver det egna säljarbetet i samråd med ansvarig avdelningschef och det övriga säljteamet.Du är trygg i dig själv, en lagspelare, tydlig kommunikatör och självklart - engod lyssnare.
Vidare ser vi att du har:

  • Minst 2 års relevant eftergymnasial utbildning, och 3 års erfarenhet av motsvarande roll med fokus på MICE och B2B
  • Ett brett och väletablerat nätverk såväl i Sverige som internationellt med reseagenter, TMC:s, DMC:s, eventbyråer och mötesbokare, och har en god historik vad gäller måluppfyllelse
  • Trygga språkkunskaper inom svenska och engelska, i såväl tal som skrift, samt är van att arbeta med internationella kunder
  • Tidigare erfarenhet av arbete i Microsoft Office 365 och Tripleseat är meriterande
  • Då Fotografiska strävar efter att erbjuda personliga och hållbara mötesupplevelser är det även meriterande om du har en bakgrund eller profil med inriktning på hållbara event
