Naprapatlandslaget är Sveriges största kedja inom naprapati och en del av Physical Medicine Group. Vi erbjuder högkvalitativa behandlingar och tjänster som hjälper människor att leva ett smärtfritt och hälsosamt liv. Nu söker vi en Sales Manager för ett vikariat på 80% med start den 1 september 2024 och 12 månader framåt, med stor möjlighet till förlängning och utökning till 100%.

Detta söker vi

Som Sales Manager kommer du att ansvara för att driva försäljningen och kundanskaffningen för Naprapatlandslaget. Du kommer arbeta proaktivt med att identifiera nya affärsmöjligheter, utveckla starka kundrelationer och sälja våra tjänster till företagskunder. Rollen kommer att medföra både strategiskt och operativt arbete i ett företag som står för högt engagemang, kvalitet och hälsa.

Rollen är placerad på Naprapatlandslagets huvudkontor i centrala Stockholm. Som Sales Manager för Sverige rapporterar du till VD.

Tjänsten är bred och utvecklande, men dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer att vara:

Arbetsbeskrivning

Försäljning och kundanskaffning:

  • Proaktivt söka och identifiera nya affärsmöjligheter inom företagssektorn.
  • Utveckla och upprätthålla starka kundrelationer med företagskunder.
  • Förstå kundens behov och erbjuda skräddarsydda lösningar för att möta dessa.
  • Utföra nykundsbearbetning och konvertera potentiella kunder till lojala kunder.
  • Aktivt sälja Naprapatlandslagets föreläsningar, workshops och andra tjänster till företagskunder.

Säljaktiviteter:

  • Utveckla och genomföra försäljningsstrategier och aktiviteter för att uppnå uppsatta mål.
  • Planera och delta i möten och presentationer för att marknadsföra Naprapatlandslagets tjänster och produkter.
  • Jobba proaktivt med marknadsföringsaktiviteter i syfte att öka varumärkets närvaro och synlighet, i första hand riktat mot B2B.

Följa upp och utvärdera:

  • Ansvara för uppföljning av försäljningsaktiviteter och kundkontakter.
  • Analysera försäljningsresultat och dra slutsatser för att förbättra försäljningsstrategin.

Din profil

Vi letar efter dig som har erfarenhet av försäljning och kundanskaffning, gärna inom B2B. Du är självgående och självständig och har starka kommunikativa och relationsskapande färdigheter. För att bli framgångsrik i denna roll ser vi att du har en god analytisk förmåga och erfarenhet av att arbeta med försäljningsstrategier. Ett stort intresse för hälsa är också önskvärt.
