Position overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our French sales team. This role focuses on building strong client relationships and providing tailored interior design solutions, ensuring each client receives exceptional service and personalized attention. Fluency in French is essential, as is a proven track record in sales and customer service within an e-commerce setting.
Responsibilities
- Sales Improvement: Plan and implement effective sales tactics to meet and exceed sales targets in the French market
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via chat, email, and phone to provide personalized service and drive sales
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, and use this information to inform sales strategies
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product range to effectively communicate with clients and provide tailored solutions
- Order Management: Oversee the entire sales process from initial inquiry to order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Collaboration: Work closely with other sales teams and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with customers to ensure they are happy with products and services, and address any issues promptly
About you
We believe that if you have the following qualifications, you will thrive in the role.
- Language Skills: Fluent in French (written and spoken) and proficient in English
- Experience: Previous experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or interior design industry
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Customer Focus: Passion for customer service and creating a positive client experience
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions to drive sales
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
