Sweden-based fintech startup looking for 2 SDRs

We are representing a rapidly growing Swedish fintech company that is looking to hire two Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

The company was founded by three of the earliest hires at what became one of the fastest-growing fintechs globally, playing an integral role in its growth to 600 people and £1.5 billion acquisition by Visa.

While on this journey they saw an even bigger problem within the finance space and soon set out on their own to help companies modernize how they move and manage money.

The company they founded has since raised an impressive €5 million in seed funding from one of the most renowned VC firms globally that has previously backed Revolut, Adyen, and Slack among others.

The team is now at an inflection point in its growth where, with product-market fit achieved, they are looking to scale quickly and see hiring SDRs as the most important part of their go to market strategy.

You will work together with the current Head of Growth, previously working in an SDR role themselves, and gain hands-on experience of reaching out to and convincing prospects at a company that prides itself on its exceptional talent.

You'll target mid-market and look to speak to organisations about how they currently manage their money and existing treasury solutions.


The company has sold to exciting organisations like Acne Studios, GetYourGuide, and HomeToGo. Your role will be to help them win new clients by booking meetings with prospects.

The company has invested in sales tools like Hubspot and Outreach to enable you in your role, its headquarters is in central Stockholm (Tegnérlunden 3), and they are looking for candidates who want to go into the office 5 days a week.
