As of September, we are looking for an:

Reservation & Ticketing Agent

for our office in Stockholm

We are seeking a customer-oriented person to join our cozy small team in Stockholm.

Objective/Major Tasks: Your primary responsibility is to provide efficient and effective support to the Reservation and Ticketing Department.

What to do as a Reservation & Ticketing Agent?

Ticketing and processing reservations in the corresponding systems with Sabre & Amadeus Answer and assist both travel agencies and final customers via incoming phone calls and emails Direct sales to final customers Monthly billing of ticket sales and sales reports Responsible for the administration of groups and tour operator quotas  Looking after tour operators, brokers, travel agencies, and corporate customers  Assist sales managers with fare checks, benchmarks, etc.

Nice to have:

Knowledge to deal with customers and to provide customer service Vocational training or a comparable qualification Practical experience with an airline, a travel agency, a tour operator, or a call center A good level of English and Swedish / other languages is an advantage Passion, positive mindset, team spirit, and willingness to learn Commitment, flexibility, and the ability to work independently Work experience with a reservation system (Sabre / Amadeus)
