In this role, you have the opportunity to become part of the Philips Nordics Personal Health team as Consumer Marketing Leader, responsible for bringing the WEPH BU strategies to life within the zone with executional excellence, together with the Zone Commercial Leader. The CML is responsible for the Zone PH marketing strategy (including the end-to-end local go to market approach per category, while securing overall PH view of the zone), is the brand strength custodian in the zone and the voice of consumers, shoppers & professionals. Next to this, the CML is responsible for coaching & developing future-proof capabilities within the Zone E2E marketing team.

You are responsible for

Lead the localization of the WE BU Strategy into E2E plans , executed with excellence

CMMs: E2E local marketing plan (LMAP) development & seamless, consistent, execution and driving category business performance for the unlocks Shopper: Drive shopper plans in conjunction with key channel strategies to drive category growth at Retail via story to trade, category management, in-store & online fundamentals and promo excellence.  Prof: Localization and implementation of the WEPH professional marketing strategies for OHC + MCC to drive MOR in the Zone Media/PR: Close collaboration with local agencies, to activate inspiring and high impact media & PR plans in line with defined SoB strategies and respective targets.

Lead & coach the zone Marketing team (CMM, Shopper Marketing, Professional Marketing, Media & PR):

Asses and build key, future-proof, teams through coaching, capability building and support career planning

Drive PH operating model in the zone to secure the zone AOP targets & objectives:

Lead the Zone Dialogue Meetings to drive the dialogue & key projects x-functionally in the zone Orchestrate & coach the E2E squads (incl. Agile capabilities) per category to secure executional excellence of the WE strategy & consistency along CDJ  Co-lead monthly WE Marketing Board with key projects to maximize synergies & consistency within WE In collaboration with the Commercial Leader, lead the E2E Zone team through key challenges and to unleash growth potential by driving clarity on Zone prioritization and empowering teams to bring additional opportunities to life

You are a part of

The Nordics Commercial team within the European Philips organization, where you will be working on a daily basis in a multi-functional environment within a matrix organization. You will report into the Commercial leader Nordics and your main Nordic stakeholders will be the Sales & Marketing teams across the Nordic countries. You will also work closely with the Western European Team / Region Business Leaders and the Marketing Center of Excellence.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Degree in marketing / business management Previous experience in sales, consumer or shopper marketing Highly articulate with an excellent command of written & spoken English Consumer, Shopper, Professional First: always act with brand strength and the consumer, shopper & professional first mindset Leaders lead boldly with an Enterprise mindset: Entrepreneurial mindset to create E2E category activation plans in the market Leaders speed up transformation to shape our future: Act as a change agent to reach excellence in everything we do Leaders drive swift execution, stop the debate: Strong communication & coordination, operational skills to drive E2E performance and execution.
