Job Summary

The Marketing Assistant will support our Nordic marketing team in program development, project coordination, and customer event management. This role will provide administrative and logistical support for marketing and sales events, as well as assist with marketing material creation and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Events Coordinator in coordinating and organizing local customer events, including speaker agreements and logistics.
  • Provide logistical support to the sales team with event bookings and venue management.
  • Coordinate customer communications through digital channels and manage content creation for regional marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with branding and design teams across EU and Global to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Manage project tracking systems and databases to maintain high-quality collaboration within the EU Marketing team and US Global Creative team.

Requirements

  • Apprenticeship or bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in events management and/or marketing.
  • Fluency in English and one Nordic language required.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills, with ability to interact with various departments and customers.
  • Self-starter with ability to edit and update Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and HTML files.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment, providing cross-functional support.
