Belmont Lavan Ltd is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager for Data Platforms to drive our growth in this critical area. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and executing initiatives to expand our customer base. You will work closely with clients to understand their data needs and position our data platform solutions as the best fit for their organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for data platform solutions.
  • Develop, implement, and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored data platform solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in data platforms or related technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of data platform solutions and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
