What You Will Do

Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in our customer base. Design and develop cutting-edge interconnect solutions tailored to customer-specific projects and applications. Execute a strategic growth plan to meet our goals for growth and profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and align support from various business units. Keep a keen eye on market trends and competitor activity, providing valuable marketing intelligence.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Degree in electrical/ mechanical engineering/ industrial engineering or related field. Passion for sales and marketing, with an interest in demand creation and the development of accounts. An open-minded person with a strategic approach, to thrive in our collaborative work environment. Relationship building and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills in English.

What Will Put You Ahead

Previous experience/ knowledge of connector industry would be a plus.
