Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our Lifecycle Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for our customers. Main Responsibilities- Invoice Management: Collect information needed from departments, create and send invoices, and follow up on payments.
- Customer Communication: Act as the main contact with finance and ensure master data in SAP is up to date, new customer registrations are performed, and other administrative tasks are completed.
- Invoicing Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and propose changes to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Administrative Support: Handle new customer registrations, new vendor registrations, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Customer Support: Work actively with customers to ensure timely payments of invoices and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: A degree in a related field such as business, administration, or economics, or equivalent experience in a directly relevant area.
- Experience: Experience with similar administrative tasks, proficiency with common office environment IT tools (MS Office, SAP, Dynamics D365), and fluency in English.
- Personal Qualities: A strong commercial mindset, excellent social skills, a collaborative attitude, intercultural awareness, and a proactive and self-motivated work ethic.
