Job Title: Production Services Manager

Job Summary:

Boeing is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Services Manager to join our Crew & Network Operations team in Gothenburg, Sweden. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing in-production configuration and maintenance services to commercial customers, ensuring that we deliver solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team to enhance employee performance and expand capabilities.
  • Maintain a positive, results-oriented work environment, building partnerships with direct reports, local and regional teams, and across the global organization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
  • Work with local teams and regional and global colleagues to continuously review lessons learned, identify process improvements, and implement best practices.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to plan, manage, and optimize resources to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to personal learning and development, seeking feedback and proactively improving skills and knowledge.
  • Foster innovation by exploring new opportunities and solutions, thinking beyond current practices, and approaching work problems with creativity and novel approaches.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data to develop conclusions and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role (i.e., manager, project manager, team lead, service account manager, etc.).
  • Minimum of 5 years of aviation industry experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years working with external corporate clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, other technical computing or business discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Jeppesen flight operations products and technologies.
