Your Role

We are seeking a Legal Administrator to join our Case Management team. As a Legal Administrator, you will handle trademark and design matters in Sweden and internationally, as well as administrative work in processes, invoicing, and ongoing administration in the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Correspond with Swedish and foreign customers, representatives, and authorities
  • Prepare documents for delivery to agents and authorities
  • Register and monitor documents in our internal system Patricia
  • Report writing in Swedish and English

Requirements

  • At least a few years of work experience as a legal administrator
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English
  • Knowledge of another language is an asset
  • Experience with customer contacts, project management, and IT is an advantage
