We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team at Volvo Financial Services. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop strategic solutions to drive digital transformation.
- Design and Implement Solutions: Utilize your technical expertise to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Provide Technical Guidance: Offer technical guidance and support to development teams, ensuring they have the necessary expertise to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Manage Project Backlog: Collaborate with product owners and development teams to prioritize and manage project backlog, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Develop Business Capabilities: Work with business stakeholders to identify and develop business capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Support Business Analysis: Provide business analysis support to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with Global Teams: Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment across regions.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.

Requirements- Documented Experience: Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and designing and implementing solutions.

- Business Analysis Skills: Strong business analysis skills, including the ability to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Industry Experience: Experience working in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
