About the Role

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for driving sales and profit performance in one of our high-volume or high-profile specialty stores in Oslo, Norway.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct responsibility for delivering on sales and margin goals, ensuring that our store locations meet their targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize impact for your store location, aligning with our company's initiatives.
  • Create a consistent customer experience aligned to our brand expectations by setting a vision to inspire your store team.
  • Lead community outreach efforts in your market, shaping a client development strategy that drives business results.
  • Set talent strategy for your store, building and developing a team with the customer at its core, who can deliver on your vision.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Advanced experience in retail sales and service is essential.
  • Retail Management or similar industry experience in a complex environment preferred.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English is mandatory, both spoken and written.
