Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing coaching and professional development.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas through proactive sales activities, identifying target markets, customer segments, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts, driving sales initiatives and campaigns to achieve company revenue and growth goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, and developing and managing sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure consistent pipeline management and accurate forecasting, using data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and tactics.
  • Foster a results-driven and positive team culture, promoting a collaborative spirit and a strong sense of responsibility and focus on results.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a senior sales role, preferably in a SaaS B2B company, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous experience in a sales leadership role, with a deep understanding of how companies and organizations work with goals, skills development, and learning.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages a plus, and a strong aptitude for quickly learning new digital tools and technologies.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and focus on results, and a collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn and grow, both personally and professionally.
  • Availability to work from our Stockholm office a minimum of 3 days a week, with proficiency in English, both written and spoken, required for this position.
