Do you have what it takes to succeed as a Sales Development Executive at TN Sweden? We're looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden.
Job SummaryAs a Sales Development Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting our business growth initiatives by qualifying leads and generating new opportunities for our Regional Sales Executives. This role involves developing and executing lead generation strategies, leveraging social media tools and social selling techniques to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and social media
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales and marketing teams
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly metrics
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-3 years' experience in customer service, inbound and outbound tele sales, and market development activities
- Native fluency in English and Swedish or Danish
- Resilience and confidence in overcoming objections
- Knowledge of social media tools and social selling techniques
