Job Overview:
">- As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive commercial growth and lead the sales operation in Sweden.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and implement a strategic plan for Sweden's commercial operations and sales processes in collaboration with the Area Director.
- Deliver key financial targets, including Net Sales, Operating Profit, DSI, and DSO, as set by the Area Director and Group Commercial Director.
- Lead business planning, forecasting, and priority setting in Sweden to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
- Provide strong and inspirational leadership, fostering a high-performance sales team through coaching, development, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key customers and stakeholders in the retail industry.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across all functions—including Supply Chain, Product Development, and other key areas—to ensure seamless operations and support.
Requirements:
">- Demonstrated success in a senior commercial role, preferably within the retail or merchandising solutions industry.
- Experience in leading sales teams, managing P&L, and driving strategic growth.
- Experience from having developed and implemented strategic plans, set priorities, and achieved commercial targets.
- Experience in change management and team integration (post-acquisition).
- Excellent Swedish and English, written and spoken.
