Som Growth Lead på Bangerhead kommer du att spela en central roll i vår digitala expansion. Du kommer att utveckla och implementera strategier för att öka vår närvaro och försäljning i Norden och Europa.

Ansvarsområden
  • Utveckla och implementera tillväxtstrategier för att öka vår närvaro och försäljning i Norden och Europa.
  • Styra och optimera samarbetet med externa digitala byråer för att säkerställa effektiva marknadsföringskampanjer.
  • Analysera marknadsdata, kundbeteenden och trender för att identifiera nya möjligheter.
  • Arbeta tvärfunktionellt med interna team för att säkerställa en sammanhängande kundupplevelse över alla kanaler.
  • Initiera och leda projekt som driver kundförvärv, retention och varumärkeslojalitet.
Kvalifikationer
  • Gedigen erfarenhet av att leda tillväxtinitiativ inom e-handel.
  • Skicklig i att hantera och samarbeta med externa digitala byråer.
  • Djup förståelse för digital marknadsföring och kundförvärvsstrategier.
  • Proaktiv, resultatorienterad och trivs i en dynamisk miljö.
