- Industry Engagement: Stay updated on industry trends by attending events, trade shows, and conferences.
- CRM Management: Consistently log activities and track sales opportunities in Avinode Group's CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics).
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiating skills and a strong analytical mindset are essential.
- You should be comfortable using data, member input, and team insights to inform your recommendations and assessments. A relentless pursuit of improvement, curiosity to experiment with new approaches and tools, and effective communication and influencing skills are also important.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 25% of the time is required.
