Data Analyst for Commercial Real Estate

The commercial real estate market is undergoing a significant transformation driven by data and technology. We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our research team in Stockholm, Sweden.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collect, verify, and upload data generated within our business areas as well as data collected from other open sources.
- Establish contact with the local team and provide support to the continental European research platform.
- Prepare regular and quarterly research reports and presentations for internal and external purposes.
- Review and evaluate collected commercial real estate data and secure data quality, consistency, accuracy, and comprehensiveness.
- Automate manual tasks and reports by making intelligent use of available ETL and dashboarding software.
- Contribute to the rollout of the Core Enablement Platform in Sweden in collaboration with the CE Digital & Technology team.
- Provide data-driven input into Thought Leadership programs in Sweden.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or Data Analysis.
- Relevant professional experience from an analytical, data-driven, or quantitative role.
- Basic knowledge of some of the following technologies: Alteryx, Python, R, SQL or similar, as well as a motivation to learn and further develop these skills.
- Basic knowledge of reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI and enjoys transforming data.
- Possess strong numerical skills, including the ability to manage and manipulate large amounts of numerical data into clear results based on a project-based approach.
- Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, ability to be self-oriented, and being able to prioritize workload on own initiative.
- Fluent in English and preferably Swedish.
