About the RoleAs a Partner Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and activating new partners - primarily accounting firms - that will introduce our solutions to their clients. You'll own the full sales cycle, from outreach and pitching to closing partnership agreements, and ensure that our partners become active referral sources.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage potential accounting firms in Sweden to partner with us.
- Develop a deep understanding of our value proposition and educate our partners on its benefits.
- Build lasting relationships with our partners through trust, communication, and industry expertise.
- Work closely with internal teams to optimize our partner strategy and support lead generation efforts.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong background in sales and account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for building partnerships and driving business growth.
We're looking for someone who is fluent in Swedish and English, has experience working with B2B sales tech stacks, and is familiar with SaaS or B2B fintech.
