About the Role

This role is an exciting opportunity to join the Cisco Channel team and make a meaningful impact on our partners' success.

We are looking for a skilled Partner Account Manager who can build strong relationships with our partners and drive business growth through effective communication, collaboration, and leadership.

As a successful candidate, you will have a strong understanding of customer-centric solution sales and be able to mentor and lead partner sales teams to improve their sales and operational processes.

You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute plans to increase partner revenue and growth.
  2. Build credibility and trust with partner sales teams through effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Mentor and lead partner sales teams to improve their sales and operational processes.
  4. Identify and develop new business opportunities with partners.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in tech industry in a similar role.
  • Strong business maturity and ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish preferred.
