Job Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with employees and managers to drive business success. This includes providing expert HR guidance, legal advice, and negotiation expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business partnerships with employees and managers across all HR-related issues.
  • Provide expert HR guidance and legal advice on operational and strategic levels.
  • Negotiate with union representatives to ensure healthy cooperation and dialogue.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and templates.
  • Coach and improve manager understanding of labor relations and promote improved management solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive recruitment plans and improve interview tools and techniques.
  • Oversee annual HR processes, including salary reviews, bonuses, people engagement surveys, performance, talent development, etc.

Qualifications

  • Solid work experience as HR Manager and/or HR Business Partner.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management and/or Swedish Labor Law.
  • Demonstrated experience within luxury or high-end retail industry.
  • Thorough knowledge of Swedish labor law legislation; Norwegian labor law experience considered merit-worthy.
  • Solid experience within union negotiations and CBA's.
  • Excellent understanding of branding and employer positioning.
  • Inspiring and positive HR Manager with strong people skills, listening skills, learning ability, relationship-building, and change management.
  • Strong leadership, able to engage and connect stakeholders, including unions and employee representatives.
  • Business acumen, with good understanding of business issues and retail approach.
  • Energetic, creative, able to move projects forward.
  • Excellent communicator, ensuring close relationship with field teams.
  • Passionate about the brand, retail, and human relations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish across all levels of the organization.
