We're seeking a talented HR Director to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. As an HR Director, you will partner closely with leaders to design and implement people strategies that align with business goals. Your primary focus will be working with leaders at or below the SVP level within the organization.

You will lead all enterprise HR programs and initiatives, working collaboratively with leaders, managers, and employees to drive alignment and impact. Responsibilities include managing all union-related activities, ensuring a strong and trusted partnership. You will also take ownership of one or more key HR areas, such as HR site leadership or acting as the HR lead for country-specific compliance matters.

  • Collaborate with leaders to interpret business needs and people priorities.
  • Contribute to the design of the organizational plan, and partner with leaders in evolving it.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrganizational Design
  • Work with leaders to analyze talent management processes, talent needs, and risks.
  • Develop recommendations for improving organizational effectiveness.
People Plan
  • Partner with leaders to develop and implement a people plan for Toca Boca.
  • Lead talent movement plans in partnership with leaders.
Strategic Talent Management
  • Develop and implement talent development plans and programs in line with business and talent needs.
  • IDentify talent strengths and needs, and design approaches to support leaders in making talent-related decisions.
Leadership & Team Performance
  • Coach leaders to improve effectiveness and leadership capability.
  • Facilitate organizational change and model an inclusive environment.
Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Foster an inclusive, respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong.
  • Apply expertise in labor laws, union requirements, and health and work environment obligations.
Requirements
  • A university degree in HR or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant HR experience, including HRBP experience.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to operate effectively and provide HR support to executive leaders.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive impact.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing talent acquisition and talent management strategies.
