Job Description
- You will create and innovate prospecting techniques to stay ahead of the curve.
- You will enrich and maintain the Salesforce database for seamless processes.
- You will collaborate with marketing, ISRs, and the Sales Solutions Architect to provide the best experience for our customers and prospects.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- You will provide regular reports to management on key account activity and performance (pipeline generation, velocity, ability to find solutions to complex business deals).
- You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- You will identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the marketing team on strategies to acquire new potential customers.
- You will develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
Requirements
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have prior experience in the Tech industry (Cloud, software/SaaS, and IT services companies).
- You have a clear understanding of all elements of the sales cycle and are able to recognize which you master and which you do not.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- You have a willingness to learn every day and collaborate with colleagues.
- You have curiosity and passion for the world of cloud computing.
- You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
- You are results-driven and proactive in aiming at achieving goals, including revenue growth.
