About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Bid Manager to join our team in Västerås. As a key member of the ISR team, you will be responsible for managing and executing tenders and costing for ISR-related scopes.

You will work closely with the ISR Engineering Manager Nordics and collaborate with other functions within Services and RSC to deliver high-quality bids that meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tender process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of bids
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with tender submissions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure successful bid outcomes
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Engineering university degree or equivalent
  • Experience in the ISR domain and in managing the engineering scope and budgets effectively
  • Knowledge of Understanding products and standards preferably from the railway industry
  • Language: Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential
