Sales Director

We are seeking an Executive Manager, Enterprise Solutions, to join our EMEA sales organization. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for defining sales strategies and sponsoring cross-functional initiatives that drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
- You will lead a team of account executives, coaching them to develop the skills and behaviors needed to succeed in a high-growth environment.
- You will establish company territory plans, team structures, individual quotas, and patches for your team, including investment capacity requirements.
- You will report on revenue forecasts and strategic GTM programs, partnering with cross-functional teams to manage a complete revenue and customer success process.
