About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Affiliate Manager to join our marketing team. As a German or French speaker, you will play a key role in driving growth and innovation in our affiliate channels. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance our affiliate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Affiliate Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive plans to enhance our affiliate partnerships and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Utilize data-driven insights to measure effectiveness and profitability, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.
  • Negotiate and Oversee Contracts: Collaborate with affiliates to establish mutually beneficial commission structures and ensure seamless execution of agreements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative and strategic initiatives that drive the affiliate program's success.
  • Prepare Regular Reports: Present progress and performance metrics to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate management, preferably within the online gambling industry.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: The ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data, making informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: Effective communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with affiliates and internal stakeholders.
  • Leadership and Motivation: The ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving business objectives, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
