Job Description:- Student Acquisition: Identify, engage, and persuade new students to enroll in our courses, securing 1 to 3 new student enrollments daily.
- Proactive Sourcing: Organize LinkedIn or email campaigns via Hubspot to schedule meetings, initiate outbound calls to qualified leads, and propose innovative ways of identifying new students.
- CRM Management: Manage calls, meetings, and reports via Hubspot, ensuring strategic, personalized business follow-ups on ongoing leads within your CRM.
- Tackling Objections: Review call recordings per week to improve sales approach and objection handling skills, proposing fresh ideas to enhance our offerings.
