Revenue Operations Strategist, Stockholm

At Funnel, we're seeking a skilled Revenue Operations Strategist to join our team in Stockholm.
This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive process improvements across the organization.
As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you will work closely with our revenue teams, including Marketing, Sales, Support & Services, and Customer Success, to identify and solve process challenges and drive efficiency improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects aimed at identifying and solving process challenges and driving efficiency improvements across Funnel.
- Collaborate with Funnel's leaders to give input on strategy & tactics and lead the implementation of these.
- Act as a central point of collaboration across Funnel's revenue teams, ensuring alignment, facilitating cross-team communication and encouraging shared goals.
- Design and build efficient and robust CRM processes to support the growth and effectiveness of our revenue teams.
- Develop automations to help revenue teams become more efficient and remove manual work.
- Collaborate within Revenue Operations to build more robust process & automation solutions and ensure system & data integrity.
- Collaborate with our Revenue Enablement team to ensure process adoption.
- Previous experience in operations is preferred, e.g., a role in sales, business development, customer success, or marketing operations.
- Alternatively, you could also have a background in sales or marketing where you have extensive relevant experience with CRM management, process design, and/or automation.
- Experience in a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Fluency in verbal and written English (Swedish is not required).
Preferred qualifications include experience in automation tools such as Zapier, HubSpot Workflows, or similar, and project management experience.
