The Enterprise Sales Professional at Rally Ventures will be fully responsible for revenue growth across our commercial segment of customers and prospects in Sweden. This includes new as well as existing clients. We are looking for a sales professional who can operate up and down the client organization, from C-Suite decision makers to operational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth across the commercial segment by developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Communicate the value proposition of our solutions to customers and promote their adoption.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial sector and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
