Position Summary:

This Associate Vice President role involves leading end-to-end sales cycles, developing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic selling and business development. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working in Tier-1 GSI's and possess expertise in Cloud, Infrastructure, End User Computing, Cyber Security transformations, migrations, and business transformation programs.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, ensuring timely closure and meeting revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Act as a technical expert, providing guidance on Cloud, Infrastructure, and Cyber Security services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop capabilities and drive customer outcomes.
  • Meet individual performance targets, including revenue growth, contract value booking, and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Hold at least 15 years of experience working in Tier-1 GSI's.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of Cloud, Infrastructure, End User Computing, Cyber Security transformations, migrations, and business transformation programs.
  • Demonstrate ability to drive required customer outcomes and work with global teams.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Those with a strong understanding of the Banking and Financial industry.
  • Individuals with experience in Cloud and Infrastructure Services.
Technical Requirements:
  • Expertise in Cloud (IaaS and PaaS) – Strategy, Migration, and Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Private and Hybrid cloud setup and operations.
  • Proficiency in End User Services including Digital workplace and Service Desk.
  • Familiarity with Software Defined Infra Operations.

Expected salary: 250,000 - 400,000 SEK per year, based on experience and qualifications.
