Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Key Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer strategies that drive business growth and category development.
Your main objective will be to build strong relationships with our strategic retail customers, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve market share. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans that meet customer needs and drive business results.
As a Key Business Development Manager, you will have full P&L responsibility and ownership of your accounts. You will be expected to deliver profitable growth, while also ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will report to the Customer Director and will be based in our HQ in Solna.
About You- Demonstrable track record of exceptional performance in a commercial function within FMCG.
- Ideally sales experience, although exceptional candidates from other commercial functions would be considered.
- You are interested in, and have successfully demonstrated in the past, building strong business relationships.
- You get energy from delivering strong results, you are ambitious and love delivering ahead of expectations.
- You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and are comfortable working in both Swedish and English.
- You have academic/higher education equivalent to Master's level.
