About the Role

FlexQube AB is seeking a skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Northern Europe. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and developing strategies to expand our presence in the Nordic region and beyond.

Main Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the industrial automation and logistics sectors
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in new and existing markets
  • Collaborate with our global sales organization to leverage opportunities and share best practices
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Travel regularly within your sales territory to meet with customers and partners
Requirements
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the industrial automation or logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of production flow and material handling processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • Driver's license (B-class) and willingness to travel regularly
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in project sales and automation
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or economics
  • Language skills beyond Swedish and English
