The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Head of Sales to drive our expansion beyond Sweden and take our innovative technology to more customers.

This role offers a unique chance to build our sales strategy from the ground up, establish key partnerships, and lead a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive Grönska's growth in Sweden and internationally.
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, corporate clients, and partners.
  3. Lead the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and managing partnerships.
  4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer needs.
  5. Drive business growth through targeted sales initiatives and strategies.
Requirements
  1. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in tech, food, or sustainability.
  2. Strong understanding of sales strategy and execution.
  3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  5. Fluency in English and Swedish (additional languages an asset).
