Customer Relationship Manager

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Strategic Accounts and other Customers in agreed territory.
This involves conducting regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies.
You will also work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure efficient execution of the sales targets, support the annual business plan, and collaborate with other members of the sales team, product management, technical and other departments locally and in the wider business.
The ideal candidate will have extensive working experience in B2B, preferably in chemical or technical sales, with excellent skills in local language (SE, NOR, or DK) and fluent skills in English.
