Customer Success Manager

Hilti Corporation söker en erfaren Customer Success Manager för att utveckla och stärka våra kundrelationer. I rollen kommer du att arbeta nära våra kunder för att förstå deras behov och utveckla strategier för att öka kundnöjdheten och identifiera nya försäljningsmöjligheter.
Uppdrag- Utveckla och implementera kundrelationer med våra kunder för att öka kundnöjdheten och identifiera nya försäljningsmöjligheter.
- Arbeta nära våra kunder för att förstå deras behov och utveckla strategier för att möta dessa behov.
- Samordna och leda implementeringen av våra mjukvarulösningar och driftlösningar för att säkerställa en smidig och effektiv kundupplevelse.
- Utveckla och underhålla långsiktiga kundrelationer genom att bygga starka relationer med våra kunder och deras organisationer.
- Arbeta tätt med våra säljteam och andra avdelningar för att identifiera nya försäljningsmöjligheter och utveckla strategier för att öka kundnöjdheten.
- Minst 3 års erfarenhet av kundrelationer och kundnöjdhet.
- God kommunikationsförmåga och förmåga att bygga starka relationer med kunder och kollegor.
- Strategiskt tänkande och förmåga att utveckla och implementera strategier för att öka kundnöjdheten och identifiera nya försäljningsmöjligheter.
- Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och som en del av ett team.
- God kunskap om kundrelationer, kundnöjdhet och försäljning.
