We are seeking a skilled Customer Success and Web Content Specialist to join our team at Swiftcourt. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our website and product content to ensure it is current, accurate, and engaging for our users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements, to ensure it is current and accurate.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Team to implement website changes and enhancements that align with our brand and user experience goals.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of landing pages that effectively promote our products and services.
  • Update product content related to our contracts, addon services, and transactional emails to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support sales and customer success colleagues in building contracts and addons for new and existing customers in our admin system.
  • Test and quality-assure new functionality and features in close conjunction with the rest of the team.
  • Write shorter texts for our website and product content in accordance with our Tone of Voice guidelines.
  • Publish content created by agencies on our website or social media channels.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in updating web and email content, with basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Familiarity with working in content management systems (e.g. WordPress or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality work.
  • Self-starter with no problem taking initiative.
  • Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian, German.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in technical SEO and website analytics.
  • Previous experience in content creation within fields such as copywriting, image/asset creation, or social media.
Work Environment:

We offer a flexible work environment with the option to work from home, our offices in Dockan, Malmö, or other locations. We value people over bureaucracy and are open to discussing flexible work arrangements.
