Purpose of the Role
  • The successful candidate will oversee both external and internal communications strategies for Nord-Lock Group.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing and communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
  2. Brand Management: Promote the Group Brand and ensure Business Unit specific branding aligns with Group guidelines.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and other teams to ensure marketing and communication strategies are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  4. Digital Marketing: Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, email campaigns, and website content.
  5. PR and Communications: Manage global PR efforts, including relationships with industry media, press releases, and strategic messaging.
  6. Internal Communications: Partner with HR and leadership to craft clear, engaging internal communications, including newsletters and company updates.
