Job Description

You will be instrumental in driving the growth of our ServiceNow business by selling licenses and consultancy services to clients across various sectors in Sweden. As a Senior Sales Manager at Devoteam, you will develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Swedish market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Swedish market.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in Corporate, Enterprise, and Public Sector organizations, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address client needs and drive adoption of ServiceNow's platform.
  • Lead all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Contribute to the development of best-in-class sales practices and methodologies within the ServiceNow sales team.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and ServiceNow's evolving product offerings to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients.
