About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Manager to join our dynamic Nordic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with our customers in the Nordic region, with a special focus on the fibres segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and develop and implement our product portfolio for fibres in concrete.
  • Provide technical solutions and calculations for fibre reinforced concrete, ensuring all necessary approvals and certificates are obtained within our agreed geographical scope.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, earning their trust through technical expertise and practical solutions.
  • Engage in strategic discussions with customers, helping to develop business models and technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Nordic sales community and global fibre community, actively participating in meetings, events, and customer visits.
  • Play a key role in developing and sharing knowledge regarding fibers, fiber reinforced concrete, and design calculations within the organization.
  • Maintain proactive communication with institutes, certification institutes, study centers, and universities to stay informed on changes in legislation, standards, and norms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree within a relevant field (construction or material engineering, architectural degree, or similar), alternatively documented work experience providing you with applicable know-how.
  • 5-10 years documented experience from a commercial or technical role.
  • Proven experience with calculations of reinforced structures.
  • Affinity with admixtures and/or fibres for concrete.
  • Deep knowledge of the building and construction industry and its dynamics is required in this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Ability to understand and analyze customer needs, and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactive and self-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
  • A Scandinavian language fluency is required in this role.
  • IT system savvy (MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Valid driver's license.
