Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Coordination: Oversee the Engineering department, including Building & Utilities and Environment, Health & Safety, to ensure seamless operations and compliance with legal requirements, corporate standards, and global/local policies and procedures.
- Project Management: Manage and oversee CapEx Projects, Production & Engineering Support, Waste Handling, HVAC, Buildings, Compressors, Water System, Steam System, Hydro Power, Electrical Network, Sprinkler System, Site Services, and Environment, Health & Safety.
- Team Development: Provide supervision, guidance, and direction to department members, manage all departmental communications, and develop the team by identifying training needs, conducting staff appraisals, and ensuring safe work practices according to global and local standards.
- Strategic Planning: Achieve Engineering & EHS objectives through planning, implementation, analysis, and continuous communication using visual management tools.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant Education: A degree in engineering or equivalent experience.

- Technical Skills: Skilled in Microsoft Office, with preferred experience in MS Project and CAD editors.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Swedish Labor Law & Work Environment is advantageous.
