Job Overview:

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts within the Nordic region, aiming to position Altair as the primary partner in Simulation, High Performance Computing, and Data Analytics. Your role will also involve actively seeking and onboarding new clients. Key competencies for this position include building and nurturing relationships at all levels within client organizations, enabling them to realize additional value by addressing their most pressing challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate, plan, and implement account strategies to optimize Altair's growth trajectory in your assigned accounts, leveraging Altair's extensive portfolio to sell comprehensive solutions across the entire client organization. Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities. Collaborate with a team of highly skilled professionals to ensure the success of both clients and Altair, fostering long-term and mutually beneficial partnerships. Achieve established growth objectives for both Software and Services.

Required Qualifications:

Strong business acumen, with an understanding of how Altair can deliver value to clients and generate revenue. Proven ability to establish, cultivate, and sustain business relationships. Competence in developing and executing strategies and tactics to meet sales objectives. Accountability for achieving your designated growth targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English and Swedish. Minimum of 2 years of experience in PLM Software Sales or equivalent enterprise software. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, technology, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Willingness to travel and engage with clients at least 50% of the time. Must be a Swedish citizen.
