Expand the Finnish Market as an Account Executive

We are a cutting-edge SaaS HR-tech startup looking for a skilled Account Executive to join our team in Stockholm. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our client's presence in the Finnish market and driving growth for their HR-tech solutions.
Key responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, client outreach, sales demos, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. You will also have opportunities for personal development and set and achieve personal sales targets with continuous guidance and support.
Requirements:
- Native Swedish, Finnish and excellent English (both written and spoken).
- Experience in HR, recruitment, leadership, or customer service is beneficial.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships.
- Comfortable working with systems and eager to learn the HR-tech platform.
