Job Summary:

We are seeking an International Trade Specialist to join our Stockholm Office, working 4 days a week in-office and having the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to promote Ebury's growth, focusing on independent research and campaigns targeting international operating companies in the local market.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Service a portfolio of corporate clients across various products, including FX hedging, lending, and cash management.
  2. Execution of FX trades (SPOT, FWD, NDF, etc.) with multiple liquidity providers, utilizing Bloomberg/Reuters platforms.
  3. Collaborate with sales teams to assist in business origination, understanding client environments, strategies, and industries to provide tailored solutions.
  4. Know and understand the competition's capabilities and gaps to position Ebury's Banking solutions effectively.
  5. Deliver on dealer-specific KPIs, including repeat & new business revenues, reducing client churn, upselling high-margin products, and increasing wallet-share.
  6. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings.
  7. Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers.
  8. Originate new business via networking with existing clients for referrals.

Requirements:

  • Strong Financial Services sales experience (sales/relationship management role), with a contacts network being an advantage.
  • Experience working in a commercial bank (one or several) selling to SMEs or relevant experience in an environment different from a bank (FX specialist, cash management, etc.).
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements.
  • A Business/finance academic background would be a plus.

  • Fluent Swedish and a professional level of English.
  • Proven ability to bring passion, energy, and motivation to a sales organization.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.
  • Comfortable with a phone sales approach.
  • First-class communication skills, able to win commitment and buy-in.
  • Able to develop sales strategies, techniques, and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment.
  • Skilful negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
  • Quick learner, especially on systems; strong analytical skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is around €60,000 - €80,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, a generous pension plan, and opportunities for career growth and development.
