FX Trader

Ebury is a leading FinTech firm that offers a range of products, including FX risk management, trade finance, currency accounts, international payments and API integration.

We're seeking an experienced FX Dealer to join our Stockholm office, with a proven track record in dealing/trading and exceptional sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service a portfolio of corporate clients across various products, including FX hedging, lending, and cash management.
• Execute FX trades with multiple liquidity providers, using Bloomberg/Reuters platforms.
• Collaborate with sales teams to assist in business origination, understanding client environments and strategies.
• Deliver on dealer-specific KPIs, including repeat/new business revenues and client churn reduction.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings and feedback.

Requirements:

• Strong Financial Services sales experience, with a contacts network an advantage.
• Experience in commercial banking or FX specialist roles, selling to SMEs.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and a business/finance academic background.

Language and Personal Characteristics:

• Fluent Swedish and professional-level English.
• Proven ability to bring passion, energy, and motivation to a sales organization.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.
