TN Sweden is currently seeking an experienced HVAC & Water Sales Representative to join our team.

About the Role:

This role involves driving both OEM and distribution sales within the HVAC/R segment, managing the sales cycle from opportunity identification to cash generation, and developing strategic segment pricing, programs, and promotions as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer applications and needs for Sensing products, gained through collaboration with other Danfoss sales teams and customers. They will also be responsible for maintaining and reviewing relevant opportunities in Salesforce and generating sales and demand forecasts.

We are looking for a results-driven individual with a proven track record of growing sales revenue in regional and global key accounts. A Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in engineering, business, marketing, economics, or finance is required, along with a strong ability to multitask and resolve conflicts.

A professional, tenacious, and convincing communication style is essential, as well as the capability to function in a heavily matrixed environment and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
