We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our Nordic Sales team at Ingrid AB.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads in the Nordics. Your primary focus will be on building a scalable pipeline generation mechanism that supports our sales objectives.

You will work closely with experienced Account Executives and Key Account Managers who bring exceptional expertise in sales, products, and industry insights. This is a unique chance to help shape the BDR function in the Nordics and contribute directly to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, social selling, and networking to generate a robust pipeline of leads in the Nordics

  • Market Research: Conduct detailed market research to understand industry trends, identify potential clients, and tailor outreach strategies accordingly

  • Outreach Strategy: Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to engage and qualify leads, leveraging Ingrid's value proposition to address specific client needs

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on target accounts, refine messaging, and share insights from market feedback

  • CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions, activities, and communications with potential clients in our CRM system to ensure efficient lead management and follow-up

  • Performance Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification, contributing to the overall sales goals of the company

  • Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams on lead quality and pipeline status, and suggest improvements based on market insights
