About the Role:
The Director, Advertiser Solutions Nordics is a highly visible and strategically important role at PubMatic. We are looking for an individual with significant experience in digital media sales and a deep understanding of the programmatic supply chain.
This position requires frequent interaction with peers across offices and functions, as well as senior leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to and executing sales strategy across advertisers and brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue across target clients.
- Mentor team members and create measurable frameworks to encourage continuous development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop go-to-market approaches.
- Engage with mid to senior level demand leads to define Central European sales strategy.
- Travel as necessary to support business objectives, including prospect/client meetings, conferences, and internal meetings.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of related experience in sales, business development, and/or product within an advertising technology company.
- Past experiences in target setting & delivery that may involve global collaboration between multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Growth mindset: willing to take risks, ask questions, and even appear foolish in order to learn; not focused on status or authority.
- Solution leadership: able to shape the roadmap of features requested by clients and lead discussion in relationship with C-level executives.
